Before dispatch
To request a cancellation, contact care@aarymantra.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether your order can still be stopped before dispatch.
Problems with an order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the packaging and product. Please keep the item and packaging until we respond.
Returns and refunds
We review return and refund requests case by case. For hygiene reasons, opened hair oil is generally not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
